The TUCSIN approach
“We are pioneers in the field of upgrading, with more than 40 years of experience.”
- Most Grade 11 subjects are taught four hours per week; Mathematics receives six. Grade 12 (AS-level) students have seven contact hours per week.
- Diligent students routinely improve by two, three or four symbols — some from ungraded to an A.
- Evening CC classes for working students and afternoon homework classes run on demand (minimum 10 participants).
- TUCSIN is more expensive than some institutions, but it seeks no profit — every dollar goes back into teaching.
Scholarships & partnerships
Trusted to recruit, select and administer scholarships.
TUCSIN has an excellent reputation for recruiting, selecting and administering scholarships on behalf of donors and sponsors — a service open to any individual, company or organisation that believes in educating talented members of society. We also develop, design and implement vocational and professional courses on request.
Historic partners include the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, which funded the Complementary Course from 1984 to 1994 for roughly 250 students now in key positions across Namibia, as well as the DAAD, Cisco, and the Deutsch-Namibische Gesellschaft.
